How to sign in
You will need a separate login for the support center. You will need to create your own username and password, which is maintained separately to any other login you may have with us.
- If you've previously registered for the support center with your email address, you can click Sign In at the top of right, from the support center home: https://support.conversocial.com/hc/en-us
How to sign up
To register as a new user, click "Sign In" in the top right.
Create an account by clicking "Sign Up" in the bottom left of the pop-up and use your work email.
New User, Existing Client
If you are a new user of an existing client that has access to the Knowledge Base, you should be able to sign up for an account using your work e-mail and be auto-provisioned
New User, New Client
Create an account using your work e-mail, then email firstname.lastname@example.org for access.
New User, Employee of Verint
Verint Employees should create an account with their Verint.com e-mail address, or if you have one you can use your Conversocial.com Google Account via "Sign in with Google".
This is a separate username/password log in you must define for this application.

How to view articles
By default, logged-out users, as well as logged-in users who aren't correctly provisioned, can only see two FAQ articles. Correctly provisioned users will see many more categories and articles
If you are unable to sign up or cannot see the articles when you've logged in, please contact email@example.com to upgrade your access level.
